Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

This policy describes the public Page Bearings website at seotrafs.com and its editorial contact form. It reflects the features configured at launch on October 2, 2026. If those features change, this policy should be updated to describe the actual collection and use.

Browsing and technical records

The web server and security software may process technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, timestamps and error or security events to deliver the website, maintain reliability and investigate abuse. Hosting and security providers handle records needed for those operations. We do not use those records to publish personal profiles of readers.

The launch website does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, a mailing-list subscription, payment collection or embedded social-media widgets. Ordinary outbound links take you to other sites, which have their own policies.

Cookies and storage

WordPress uses authentication and administrative cookies for signed-in operators. The public editorial contact form does not require readers to create an account. It uses a verification token and a temporary rate-limit record derived from a hashed network address to reduce abuse. Public article comments are closed at launch. We do not claim that every hosting or browser function is cookie-free.

Contact messages

When you use the form, the website collects your name, email address, subject, message and submission time. It stores the message as a private administrator-only editorial entry. The form also checks a consent field and anti-spam fields. A notification may be sent to the site administrator; the notification links to the private entry rather than including the message body.

We use this information to examine corrections, consider suggestions, respond when appropriate and protect the contact route from abuse. Do not include information about other people unless it is necessary and you are entitled to share it. We do not publish your message without a separate basis or permission.

Retention and access

Contact messages are retained while needed for editorial handling and related recordkeeping. The operator should review the private inbox regularly and remove information that is no longer needed, subject to legitimate legal or security requirements. There is no automatic fixed retention period configured at launch. Backups or provider logs may retain copies under the provider’s own retention process.

Access to private messages is restricted to authorized site administrators. No system can guarantee absolute security, but the website uses HTTPS and private WordPress records for the form workflow.

Requests and questions

You can use the contact form to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or request deletion. Identify your previous message without resending unnecessary sensitive details. Depending on your location, you may have additional data rights and the right to contact a relevant privacy authority. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information.

Changes

Material changes to collection or use should be reflected here. This page is an operational description of the site, not a claim of certification under a particular jurisdiction’s privacy laws.
